The final straw, however, was when we were brought the check. By the time, Kendal came back to the table and we asked for the silverware, the grilled cheese sandwich had begun to not taste great.
It was like the staff was congregating in the kitchen by the front counter and they just didn't get back out. I waved at one when they were seating another family, but I think they thought that I was just being friendly, as they didn't even come over to ask what we needed. Then, we needed silverware, to cut the tenders, and there wasn't a staff member to be found. I have made more than a few grilled cheese sandwiches and I have never ended up with a bread that had that texture, even if I didn't eat it quickly. She left and when I took another bite, it dawned on me that the bread had a texture of bread that had been over-microwaved to warm it up. At that point, which was when Kendal came by & asked how things were, it was. The BBQ pork grilled cheese sandwich was good until the first bite.

The corn dogs, the mac 'n cheese and the chicken tenders with tater tots was good. All of the food actually came pretty quickly. We ordered chicken tenders and mac 'n cheese, as well as a sandwich that was on their special menu - a BBQ pork grilled cheese sandwich. Our server, Kendal, came to us and started out doing a good job though that would change somewhat. At first, I thought that strange, but then it would shortly go downhill. No less than four other staff members came out of the kitchen area and wanted to seat us in the short time that we stood there. immediately by a staff member, who went to prepare our table with a high chair, before we sat down. When we walked in to Buffalo Wild Wings, we were approached. I almost regret not changing the direction and going in to Red Robin, next door, instead. We came to Buffalo Wild Wings for the ability to get wings and chicken tenders for the kids. We can only hope that Jamirah was as happy with her tip, as we were with her service. Our $26.00 check went down to $4.25 and we still had some points leftover. When Jamirah brought our check, we mentioned that we had the Blazin' Rewards and not only did she void the check, but walked us through the process for redeeming the rewards on the food. My only thought was that there were a bit too many pickle slices. We ordered with the kids in mind and decided on a side of mac & cheese and the All-Star Sampler which consisted of fried pickles, spinach and artichoke dip with warm tortilla chips, chili cheese fries and crispy tenders, with southwestern ranch and a BBQ dipping sauce. were seated immediately and our server was quickly there for our drink order. There were four of us which included a 2 year old and a 4 year old. Blazin' Rewards is the Buffalo Wild Wings loyalty program. We came to Buffalo Wild Wings because we had received an expiration notice that our Blazin' Rewards were expiring. Awful experience! Not planning on going back. Why tell someone to wait outside when they will have no idea when their food will be ready? Needless to say, food was cold, hard,and unappealing. It’s not our problem I should have given someone my number. I asked then why was I told to wait outside. I was told my food had come out as I was walking outside so for almost 10 minutes. I waited outside until I saw others who ordered come out.
I pointed that out to her and was told I could wait outside.
I was told to wait in the corner with no room. I decided to wait by the hostess table since no customers were there or waiting. There was no where to stand unless I stood right on top of someone. I was told I could wait in the corner where there were almost 10 people waiting. Today, I arrived 10 minutes after the food should. Unfortunately the past 5 times we have ordered out we have had to wait at least 10 minutes from the time we are told to come. My son really enjoys the food at Buffalo Wild Wings.
